Business Process Analyst (Senior)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to join the Core Model & Processes team within the Procurement & Performance area. The selected professional will play a key role in supporting, testing, and optimizing business processes and applications within the SAP ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure proper functional analysis and support across different SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) in line with the Source-to-Pay Core Model.

Identify and monitor interdependencies between implementation activities, coordinating closely with IT teams for planning and follow-ups.

Define test scenarios, perform testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with key business users.

Provide functional support to business lines, prepare documentation, and conduct training sessions for key users and analysts.

Propose and implement process improvements, assessing end-to-end (E2E) impacts.

Technical Requirements

Degree in Finance, Information Systems, or Business Management.

Strong knowledge of SAP MM, SD, P2P process, Readsoft Cockpit, PDAP.

Knowledge of Project Management methodologies is an advantage.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
